Habitat for Humanity receives large donation for thrift store

By AccessWDUN Staff

Habitat for Humanity Hall County has received a warehouse load of items for its thrift store and needs volunteers to help move the items.

"A generous donor has offered Habitat the opportunity to move a full warehouse of cabinets, windows, carpet, lights, and other goods," according to an email from the organization.  "Volunteers are needed to load, unload, sort, stock, and price goods before being organized on the sales floor."

Volunteers are needed June 5-June 9 and will be able to work flexible shifts if they wish, instead of a full 10:00-6:00 time slot.

They need to report to 3943 Hidden Hills Dr, Gainesville, just past the Cresswind subdivision on Browns Bridge Road.
