Hall County Democrats will hold elections Aug. 13 at their regular meeting to name delegates to the State Democratic Convention set for Aug. 25 in Atlanta. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Gainesville Civic Center.
The Hall County Democratic Committee will elect four delegates and the remainder will be elected in a caucus of Democrats registered to vote in Hall County. Any Democrat registered to vote in Hall County can run in both the committee election and the caucus and can vote in the caucus.
Several delegate and alternate delegate positions are open.
