As part of the Gainesville-based company's five-year anniversary celebration, the owner of Southern Baked Pie Company has released her very first cookbook.
Amanda Wilbanks unveiled Southern Baked: Celebrating Life with Pie at the Gainesville store at 302 Broad Street. The company plans other cookbook signings in Buckhead and Alpharetta this week.
Wilbanks last week traveled to Birmingham, Alabama to meet with the food editors of Southern Living magazine and officials with Taste of the South to discuss the cookbook.
