At last report, two suspects who robbed a Dollar General Store in Gainesville remained at large.
Gainesville police said the hold-up happened around 9:25 Sunday night at the Dollar General Store located next to Publix on Thompson Bridge Road.
Employees told investigators two men entered the store, showed them a gun and then demanded money.
"Once the employees gave them an undisclosed amount of money, the subjects fled the scene on foot," said Cpl. Jessica Van in an email.
Van said one of the suspects was described as a younger white male, perhaps in his 20s.
"[The] other subject was an unknown race male," Van said.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
