Have you ever wondered who the top employers in Gainesville-Hall County are, and how many workers each has?
Well, Shelley Davis, Vice President of Existing Industry for the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, has compiled a list, which shows that the Northeast Georgia Medical Center is tops by a wide margin, with 8,331 employees.
The Hall County School System (3,500); Fieldale Farms (2,550); Victory Processing, LLC (1,730) and Hall County Government (1,706) round out the Top 5.
The chamber's 2018 report also lists the top existing industry employers, top international firms, and top non-manufacturing firms.
