Plans for a 152-unit senior living facility in South Hall go before the Hall County Planning Commission next month.
Highlands Residential, LLC, is asking that 5.77 acres on Thompson Mill Road be rezoned from Agricultural-Residential IV (AR-IV) to Planned Commercial Development (PCD).
The site is near the intersection of Thompson Mill and Napa Ridge roads.
The planning commission is scheduled to hear the request Dec. 2 at 5:15 at the Hall County Government Center.
