*A special event for teens, aged 12-19, is set for the Braselton Library Nov. 21. Beginning at 5:00 p.m., a Teens Friendsgiving will be held with food, games, and fellowship as teens eat turkey and celebrate the bounty of the fall season. *Bill Rutledge Road in Barrow County will be closed for about 30 days beginning Nov. 18 as work continues on the widening and construction of the Winder Bypass. A detour will be in place.
*The Hall County Christmas Market will be held at the North Hall Community Center Nov. 22-23. The annual event features local artists, craftspeople and merchants from around north Georgia. It will be open 5:00-9:00 Nov. 22 and 8:00-2:00 Nov. 23. Sponsored by Hall County Parks & Leisure Services. No charge to attend.
