Forsyth County courts unveils new website

The Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit Office of Court Administration recently launched a new website intended to improve access to court information.

According to Director of Communications Karen Shields, the primary features include a streamlined, more modern design as well as improved search, navigation features and enhanced content.

"In addition, the new website design is mobile-friendly for viewing on devices such as a cell phone or tablet. The new site is designed to allow visitors the ability to find relevant content quickly, reducing the amount of time previously needed to access the needed information," she said. "Visitors to the website will be able to access information such as legal forms, the daily court calendar and a case search portal."

The site will also facilitate requesting services such as obtaining a court interpreter, scheduling a tour of the courthouse or learning how to qualify as a process server.

“In today’s 24-hour digital environment, the courts must be able to provide a content-rich website that can deliver the types of information gathering experiences people have come to expect from other information-providing entities,” said Superior Court Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley. “Our new website will act as a central hub for delivering court information and to make it easy for our citizens and stakeholders to interact with our court system.”

The new website can be found at https://forsythcourts.com/
