Crews with Dawson County Fire Services made quick work of knocking down a mobile home fire on Elliott Family Parkway Friday morning.
Firefighters were dispatched at 10:48 a.m., according to a press statement from Dawson County Emergency Services. They arrived at the scene at 10:55 a.m. and had the fire extinguished by 11:05 a.m. Crews remained on the scene to ensure all hot spots were extinguished.
According to the press statement, there were no occupants - humans or pets - inside the residence.
At this point there is no know cause for the blaze, but it does not appear suspicious.
