The Georgia Department of Transportation will be working next week on SR 60/Thompson Bridge Road in the north Hall County area.
GDOT crews plan to begin road maintenance in the Murrayville area starting on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
The project will consist of 3.7 miles of pavement preservation from Fraser Circle to Old Dahlonega Highway. Daytime single lane closures will begin at 8 a.m. each day and can continue until 6 a.m. the following morning.
Work hours on the weekends will have no time restrictions.
GDOT gave no time estimate for completion of the project.
