The high school football season has made it to the halfway point. It's yet another milestone in the COVID-19 world that delayed the start of the schedule two weeks back in September.
Region play begins in full force this week with some marquee matchups around the area, including the anticipated Jefferson-Flowery Branch contest in Region 8-4A and the White County-Dawson County battle in Region 7-3A.
