Even as other counties continue to count votes from Tuesday's election, the Hall County Elections Office wrapped up the job on Wednesday afternoon.
County spokeswoman Katie Crumley said all absentee by mail ballots had been scanned and submitted just before 5 p.m.
"There were a total of 21,690 absentee by mail ballots," Crumley said in an email statement. "That, coupled with the 15,477 in-person ballots cast on Election Day and the 53,755 ballots cast during early voting, bring the total number of ballots cast to 90,922 votes."
According to the Secretary of State's website, Hall County has 128,535 active registered voters. Based on those numbers, voter turnout in Hall County for the General Election was 70.7%.
