A woman with nearly 30 years of human resources experience has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer for Northeast Georgia Health System.
Carol Burrell, president and CEO of NGHS, says Luisa Gutman's experience working with health systems across the country "equips her to serve our growing organization and immediately contribute to our mission to improve the health of our community in all we do.”
Gutman received her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires and her Master of Science from Florida International University.
Prior to joining Northeast Georgia Health System,Gutman served as a consultant for Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, where she helped standardize compensation and benefits programs across the five-hospital system.
