A Buford man faces multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself to several people in Flowery Branch and Gwinnett County.

Carl Dean Howard, Jr., 43, was arrested in an unrelated incident on Tuesday after being pulled over by police in Gwinnett County.

"He was stopped for concealing his tag, and was found in possession of meth," said Flowery Branch Police Investigator Carlo Sanino.

One day earlier, according to Sanino, Howard "was seen driving a silver 2006 Buick LaCrosse in the neighborhood of Sterling On The Lake...exposing himself to women and children."

Sanino said this started around noon and lasted for a period of roughly 40 minutes.

Arrest warrants for Howard have since been obtained by Flowery Branch authorities. He will faces one count of Child Molestation and two counts of Public Indecency.

Howard is being held without bond in the Gwinnett County Jail, where Sanino said "he is pending charges...for 3-4 flashing incidents also."

Anyone with information regarding any similar incidents involving Howard is asked to contact police in either Gwinnett or Flowery Branch.

Requests have been made to local authorities regarding the Gwinnett County allegations. This article will be updated if any more information is made available.
