Speed is believed to a factor in a car crash that killed a Lawrenceville man over the weekend, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
The wreckage was discovered around 3 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26 on McKendree Church Road. Investigators think the driver, 36-year-old Jerry Brock, lost control of the car, drove off the roadway and then hit a fence and a tree.
Investigators are asking any witnesses who might have seen the wreck to call police with information.
