Like most other 2020 fall festivals, the Lula Fall Festival never happened as communities exercised caution during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. For 2021, the two-day festival will return to the grounds of the Lula Depot Community Center this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 1 and Oct. 2.
The Lula Belton Historical Society has organized a full slate of activities, including artisan and vendor booths, food, children's activities, live music and other entertainment. A street dance featuring the Southern Stone Band is scheduled for Friday from 6-9 p.m.
Hours for the festival are 12- 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2.
