Brad Raffensperger tours White County Elections and Registration Office

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, chief election official of Georgia, visited the White County Elections and Registration Office on Sept. 26.to meet with local officials and tour facilities. 

According to a press release from the county, he praised the diligent work of White County Elections and Registration in conducting elections and making sure that every eligible voter has the opportunity to cast their ballot.

Raffensperger also highlighted the importance of voter education, registration, and the role of poll workers in upholding the democratic process.

He also took time to speak to a Poll Worker training class that was taking place at the time of the visit. 

“I would like to thank Secretary Raffensperger for taking the time to stop by our Elections Office," Jody Davis, Supervisor of White County Elections and Registration said. "It is with great pride that we showcase the work and progress made within our elections office over recent years,” he continued.

The White County Office of Elections and Registration expressed its appreciation for Secretary Raffensperger's visit and the opportunity to share the work done to carry on the integrity of White County Elections.
