The Banks County Sheriff's Office arrested a man Tuesday and charged him with criminal attempt to entice a minor for indecent purposes.
Sheriff's office officials said Jon Harvey Congdon, 54 was arrested as a result of an investigation request submitted by the Banks County School System on Oct 14.
The investigation was requested regarding an inappropriate relationship between a student and an educator.
The Banks County Sheriff's office determined the incident to be isolated and involved one juvenile victim.
The incident remains under investigation and additional charges may be filed.
