BUFORD, Ga. – Buford wasted no time in their final regular season game, taking down Central Gwinnett Friday night, 67-0.
Dylan Raiola got things going on the opening drive of the night with a 9-yard pass to Jordan Allen at the 10:42 mark to go up, 7-0. Three minutes later, Kobi Blackwell rushed in from four yards out to extend the lead out to 14-0.
Raiola threw three more touchdowns on the night, the first to Hayden Bradley late in the first quarter that made the score, 29-0. He then hooked up with Devin Williams for 62 yards midway through the second before a 46-yard score to KJ Bolden that pushed the score out to 46-0.
The Wolves led 53-0 at halftime before Buford added two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter to improve to 9-1.
Buford finished the day with 490 yards of offense, led by Raiola's 251 yards through the air.
The Wolves will open up the Class 7A playoffs with a home game against Wheeler.
