By Steve Winslow Anchor/Reporter

Lawrenceville and Duluth City Police have charged two suspects in connection to recent burglaries of area gun shops.

A release from Lawrenceville Police said that they responded to a burglary at the Bullseye Indoor Range & Gun Shop on W. Crogan Street June 23 to discover that a break in had occured.

No arrests were made there until discovering that neighboring Duluth Police responded to a burglary in their city one night earlier, and arrested two suspects.

A 16-year old juvenile is now facing charges from both cities for burglary, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony and other charges, while 23-year old Aaron Walker of Augusta is accused of similar charges from the Duluth case.

Police reportedly used video surveillance imaging and evidence from both burglary locations to find incriminating details which led to the arrests.
