Gwinnett County Commissioner Jasper Watkins III will be holding a millage rate town hall for District 3 residents Monday.
During the town hall, Watkins will share information regarding Annual Notices of Assessment, which are mailed to property owners each year and how to understand them. He’ll also discuss how the millage rate, which the Board sets each July, affects property taxes.
“We serve our residents and value the foresight they have in this County where they live, work and play,” Watkins said. “I look forward to hearing and addressing their comments and questions regarding the millage rate.”
The Town Hall will be July 10 at 6 p.m. in Conference Room C in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville.
