Late Tuesday night, the GBI confirmed a second arrest has been made in a Rabun County murder.
Officials said Robert Lee Peppers, 62, of Lula, is also charged with concealing a death, and unlawful disposal of a body for his part in the burial of the unidentified body at Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest on Monday.
This follows an extended search and eventual arrest Tuesday south of Gillsville of Keegan Cleve Phillips, 23, of Otto, North Carolina. He was charged with murder.
Phillips and Peppers are both being held in the Rabun County Detention Center.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and multiple local law enforcement agencies have found and arrested a murder suspect south of Gillsville.
Keegan Phillips, 23, was taken into custody at around 7 p.m. Tuesday evening, according to reports from the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
Phillips was found and arrested on Bryant Quarter Road, after several hours of searching conducted by multiple agencies.
Phillips was wanted for murder in a homicide case in Rabun County.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and multiple local law enforcement agencies are searching for a suspect in a Rabun County murder case.
Hall County Sheriff's Office officials confirmed Tuesday afternoon that a multi-agency search was underway for Keegan Phillips, age 23, in the area of Georgia 52 and Gillsville Highway.
A statement from the Hall County Sheriff's Office said Phillips was spotted by a resident in the area. Phillips is described as a white male standing 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing 170 pounds with dark brown hair, blue eyes and scars on his face and neck. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and black shorts and was described by authorities as "disheveled and dirty"
Anyone who sees Phillips is advised not to approach him and to call 911 immediately.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Rabun County Sheriff's Office are reportedly in charge of the investigation. The Banks County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia State Patrol have also assisted in the search.
