HOMER, Ga. - Banks County found themselves on the winning side of the scoreboard after taking down Providence Christian, 34-20, Friday night. It marked the first win of the Todd Winter era.
Davian Knox led the Leopards with 139 yards rushing and a touchdown, while quarterback Lane Morris had 95 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
The Leopards tallied 355 total yards of offense, all rushing. The defense held Providence Christian to just four yards of passing in the first half, forcing PCA to throw the ball more in the second half to try to mount a comeback.
