Hall County Fire Rescue (HCFR) responded to a Gainesville residential fire Tuesday evening that displaced nine people.
Officials report that at around 6 p.m., they responded to Truelove Road to a single-wide mobile home that was partially engulfed in flames.
Crews attacked much of the fire from the outside. The fire was put out quickly and the initial search came back all-clear, although the mobile home is considered a total loss.
The American Red Cross was notified for four adults and five children.
One child was evaluated on scene, but not transported.
The cause of the fire is unknown and is under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
