By Steve Winslow Anchor/Reporter
Residents of a home in Cleveland have been displaced from an overnight fire Wednesday.

White County and Cleveland's city fire and emergency service units were called to reports of a house fire at around 11:40 p.m. on December 5 to discover a residential structure fire in the 3000 block of Lothridge Road in Cleveland.

White County's Public Safety Office says personnel reported a two story structure with a flames showing from the exterior. About 80% of the home sustained damage from the blaze and remainder of the home experienced heavy smoke damage.

One individual was evaluated by White County EMS for minor injuries.

Fire personnel from Hall County Fire and Rescue and the Lee Arrendale Correctional Institute (LACI) Fire Services responded in mutual aid.  White County officials say the cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
