White County Public Safety responded to two house fires and a brush fire on Sunday.
Bryce Barrett, public information officer for White County said the first incident was a chimney fire in the Skylake Community in Sautee.
Units arrived at the home on Woodbrier just after 10 a.m. and quickly mitigated the blaze.
No injuries were reported from the incident.
White County responded to the second residential fire around 1:46 p.m. in the Mountain Lakes Community.
Fire units found a two-story home fully involved in flames, which had spread to brush and other nearby structures.
The fire damaged three structures and crews remained on scene until around 6:53 PM to extinguish hotspots.
No injuries were reported due to the fire and the cause is under investigation by the Georgia State Fire Marshal’s Office.
Lastly, White County responded to a brush fire near Highway 129 N and Robert Jarrard Road at around 5:46 p.m.
The fire affected approximately 1 acre and was successfully contained with no injuries reported.
