HOMER, Ga. — On Tuesday night, the Cherokee Bluff boys basketball team rallied from 11 points down in the fourth quarter to knock off Banks County, 77-73.
Cooper Glover led the Bears (7-1) with 20 points and eight rebounds, and Boston Kersh added 17 points and eight boards.
Conner Robinson scored 17 points and pulled eight rebounds, while Andy Quirarte had 12 points. Alex Blurton added 9 points. Tyler Underwood had 2.

Chasen Jones scored 28 points, and Jordan Richerson added 18 to lead the Vikings past New Faith Prep on Tuesday.
Bray Langston added 17 points.
After falling behind 24-21 in the first quarter, the Vikings outscored New Faith 24-16 to grab the lead, 48-40. New Faith won the third quarter, 15-10, but the Vikings held New Faith to 10 points in the fourth quarter to pull away.

The Falcons held off Walnut Grove in the fourth quarter to earn their first Region 8-4A win on the road Tuesday.
Flowery Branch led 40-38 after the third quarter and was able to withstand a push from Walnut Grove in the final quarter to win.
Jack Huey led the Falcons with 21 points. Nathan Corcoran had 12, John Osorio scored 11, Adam Sanders hit for 7, and Brayden Lee chipped in 6.
