FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Brooklyn Phillips and Claire Carlson each scored 11 points to lead the Cherokee Bluff girls to a 58-29 win over Therrell in the Bluff Holiday Classic on Friday.
The win put the Lady Bears (10-4) into the finals against Class 5A 8th-ranked Arabia Mountain on Saturday. Tip off is set for 5 p.m.
Audrey Graham added 9 points and A’Riyah Benson 8 points and 4 rebounds for Bluff. Bristol Kersh had 5 points but dished out 7 assists and swiped 5 steals to go with 4 rebounds while Neena Harbuck had 5 points and 5 rebounds.
Halle Wilson had 4 points and 4 rebounds and Carlson 4 assists for the Lady Bears.

Boston Kersh poured in 31 points to lead the Class 3A 2nd-ranked Bears to a win in the Bluff Holiday Classic.
Kersh also pulled down 5 rebounds and blocked a pair of shots. Tyler Underwood added 19 points, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds for Bluff. Cooper Glover had 14 points and 8 rebounds while Andy Quirarte chipped in with 6 points.
The Bears (13-1) pushed their win streak to 7 straight and will take on the Rome-Chattahoochee winner in the finals at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
