A Gainesville motorcyclist was killed Thursday afternoon in a crash in South Hall County.
A report from the Georgia State Patrol said Charles Massey, age 30, was driving a gray Honda VTX1800 north on Poplar Springs Road around 5:00 when he crossed the centerline in a curve near E. Reed Road. He then hit a southbound Toyota Corolla Matrix.
Massey was reportedly separated from the motorcycle and died from his injuries. The driver of the Corolla Matrix suffered minor injuries, but was not hospitalized.
State Patrol officials said no charges are being filed in the crash.
