East Forsyth will get the next shot to try and knock off No. 1-ranked Johnson in Region 8-4A boys action on Friday.
That matchup at The Dungeon highlights a fairly busy night on the pitch around northeast Georgia. The Knights bring in a 58-match region win streak going back to 2015.
Ninth-ranked Chestate also will be in action and faces a must-win on the road against Madison County in Region 8-4A as well..
In Region 8-6A, the eighth-ranked North Forsyth boys travel to Shiloh. The Gainesville boys need a win to maybe just stay in the playoff race and will take on Jackson County in Hoschton.
