A homeless man was arrested Mar. 15 after allegedly touching himself in front of children at the Burger King in Oakwood.
Oakwood Police Office officials said several customers observed Isaiah Martinez, 20 expose his penis and start touching himself in front of them.
Officers responded at around 4:35 p.m. to the business located at 3703 Mundy Mill Road. Based on the description given by the 911 caller officers located Martinez walking behind the Burger King and detained him at that location.
Martinez was criminally trespassed from the Burger King.
Officers placed Martinez under arrest for public indecency and child molestation which pertains to the suspect masturbating in front of a child. Officials said no child was physically assaulted during this incident.
Martinez had an active arrest warrant through the Hall County Sheriff's Office for unrelated Drug Court Violations.
