Funeral services are now planned for an Eastonallee teenager who was killed in a June crash on Ga. 365 in Habersham County.

Acree-Davis Funeral Home in Toccoa released the obituary Wednesday morning for Theodore "Teddy" Paisley Bone, age 15. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, July 16 at 4:00 p.m. at Tom's Creek Baptist Church in Martin.

"Teddy was a charming and vibrant young man, beloved by his family and friends," the obituary said. "His laughter was infectious, he had boundless energy, he was full of life and always scheming up ways to spend time with friends...his family grieves that Teddy is no longer here, but rejoices knowing that he is now in Heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, looking forward to one day being reunited with sweet Teddy."

Habersham County officials said Bone died last Wednesday at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston from injuries sustained in the June 29 wreck. Bone was one of several people inside a River Point Community Church van when it collided with an SUV at the intersection of Ga. 365 and Demorest-Mt. Airy Highway.

No details on the cause of the crash have been released, but authorities reported on Friday, July 5 that Barry Thomas Clark, age 64 of Hartwell, turned himself in to the Habersham County Detention Center on charges of first-degree vehicular homicide. He was released the same day on $30,000 bond.

At last report, the Georgia State Patrol is still investigating the crash.
