Six people have been displaced after a fire heavily damaged a home in northern Gwinnett County Wednesday afternoon.
Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services posted to social media Thursday morning that the fire was in the Chateau Royale neighborhood off of Old Peachtree Road.
"Thankfully, despite the hot, humid afternoon temperatures, no injuries were reported," fire officials said.
The cause of the fire was ruled to be accidental.
