The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is searching for a new president and chief executive officer after Kit Dunlap announced her retirement earlier this year.
The Chason Group has been retained to assist the Chamber with the search.
Dunlap, the current president and CEO, will retire having served the Chamber for over 26 years.
The board of directors said in a press release that they are seeking “a strong visionary to take the reins and build upon the successes gained in Dunlap’s tenure.”
The Chamber was founded in 1908 and works to grow and develop Hall County by working with community leaders.
With a budget of $2.3 million and a staff of 13 professionals, they serve the cities of Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Clermont, Gillsville, Lula, Braselton, and Buford.
