North Hall moved up for the second week in the latest Georgia High School Association Class 3A Playoff Rankings released Tuesday morning.
The Trojans (3-2, .565 PSR) knocked off White County, 35-21, in Cleveland to win their third in a row this season.
Bluff (5-0, .662 PSR) dropped one spot to No. 5 and remains the highest-ranked team in the AccessWDUN coverage area. Harlem (4-0, .737 PSR) jumped Sandy Creek (5-0, .728 PSR) to the top spot in Class 3A.
Jefferson (3-2, .638 PSR) moved up one spot to No. 9. West Hall (4-1, .560 PSR) dropped two spots to No. 19. Lumpkin County (3-2, .537 PSR) moved up to 21.
In Class 2A, East Jackson (3-2, .517 PSR) is the highest-ranked area team, rising one spot to No. 16. Morgan County is No. 1 in Class 2A (5-0, .727 PSR)
In Class A Division 1, Rabun County (4-1, .607 PSR) dropped eight spots to 17th. Commerce (2-3, .528 PSR) rose to No. 29. Toombs County (5-0, .721 PSR) is the highest-ranked public school in Class A Division 1.
The GHSA will use the playoff rankings to seed the playoffs this season in Class A, Division 1 through Class 3A.
