A Facebook post from the Barrow County Sheriff's Office Friday indicated Dion Mario Davis was located.

The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office is reporting an absconded sex offender.
Dion Mario Davis is reported as weighing approximately 220-lbs. and is 6-feet, 3-inches tall.
Davis was registered as a sex offender in 2007 after being convicted of a rape charge in 1998.
His last residence verification was on Oct. 31 of 2024 and there is no known address listed on the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s (GBI) registry.
