After threats were allegedly made by an East Jackson High School student, an arrest was made according to Jackson County authorities.
The student was arrested off campus on a charge of terroristic threats and acts.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) said the incident appears isolated and a follow-up investigation continues.
“Again, we will continue to hold people accountable for these types of threats,” a post from the office reads.
This comes less than a month after threats were reportedly made against East Jackson Middle School.
