Tallulah Falls School welcomed more than 20 international representatives from the Consular Corps from various consulates in Atlanta on Thursday.
The school reports that when the group arrived, they met students from their respective countries and other local and international students.
President and head of school Dr. Larry A. Peevy spoke to the group before taking them on a tour.
“At Tallulah Falls School, we have a vibrant international community representing 31 countries. This is unique to this area. It was a delight to introduce the group to our school and our students,” Peevy said. “I am honored that TFS was part of their tour, and we look forward to developing new partnerships through this experience.”
The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) founded the program to bring Georgia’s Consular Corps to different parts of the state each year.
The countries represented span several continents.
