Hazel Elizabeth Byers Wilcoxson

Hazel Elizabeth Byers Wilcoxson, 67, of Gainesville passed away Friday April 10, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Ms. Wilcoxson was born April 10th, 1953 in San Francisco, CA. to the late Joseph Byers and Elizabeth Garrett Talmedge, she was employed in retail sales with Dollar Tree and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Ms. Wilcoxson was preceded in death by her brother Arthur Price Jr.

Ms. Wilcoxson is survived by her husband Michael Wilcoxson Sr. of Gainesville, daughter Sybrina Hunter (Samuel) of Gainesville, son Michael Wilcoxson II (Katie) of Flowery Branch, daughter Lisa Roberts (Nathan) of Oakwood, grandson Trey Wilcoxson of Flowery Branch, grandson Willie Ellison of Gainesville, granddaughter Kenna Wilcoxson of Flowery Branch, brother Joseph Byers of Los Angeles CA, brother Fredrick Byers Sr. of San Diego CA, brother James Edwards III of San Diego CA. Also a host of beloved nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends
