Woodie Ward, age 87, of Baldwin, Georgia passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020.
Ms. Ward was born on June 23, 1932 in Banks County, Georgia to the late Henry and Alma Poole Ward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Winnie Ward Tilley; brothers, Lee Ward, and J.W. Ward. Ms. Ward was a member of the B.C. Grant Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Fieldale Farms and was formerly employed with Carwood Manufacturing.
Survivors include her brother, Roy Ward, of Jasper; four nieces and two great-nephews.
Interment will be held at the Baldwin City Cemetery.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
