Audrey Irvin Dills

Audrey Irvin Dills, age 73 of Clarkesville, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 06, 2020.

Born in Clarkesville, Georgia at the Charm House on March 01, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Preacher James Troy Irvin & Bertha Lou Allen Irvin. Audrey was a loving mother as well as a faithful Pastor’s wife for over 50 years. She was loved and cherished by those around her. Audrey was well known for having a love for God as well as her family. She was affectionately called “Mimi” by her grandchildren. Playing the piano and singing in church was her passion. Audrey remained faithful to the Lord and His work until her death. She was a ray of hope in this dark world and a joy to be around.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Pastor Dennis G. Dills of Clarkesville, GA; sons & daughters-in-law, Troy & Trini Dills, Dean & Dianne Dills all of Clarkesville, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Cherie & Matt Quarles of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Tara Dills of Baldwin, GA; Chase Hicks, Evan & Kalyn Quarles all of Cleveland, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Ann & Pastor Tim Fowler of Inman, SC; niece, Amy Flynn of Inman, SC; niece, Heather Henderson of Chesnee, SC; as well as one great-niece & three great-nephews.

A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 09, 2020 at the Habersham Cemetery with Pastor Tony Goss & Pastor Bill Burrell officiating.
