Lugene Glasper, Jr.

Mr. Lugene Glasper, Jr., 78, of Gainesville, GA passed away May 27, 2020 at his residence.

Memorial services are scheduled for a later date.

Mr. Glasper was born August 11, 1941 in Gainesville, GA to the late Lugene Glasper, Sr. and Clara Mae Harper Glasper.  He was retired from Dutch Quality and a member of Cross Plains Baptist Church.  Lugene loved music and played several instruments including the guitar, piano and keyboard.

Lugene is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Christine Glasper and Cora Randolph; brothers, Robert Glasper, Early Glasper, John T. Glasper and Danny Glasper.

He is survived by his son, Timothy Glasper, Gainesville, GA; daughter, Paula Glasper, Gainesville, GA; brothers, Kenneth Glasper (Jocelyn) and Thomas Glasper; sisters, Mary Young, Ada Stringer (Cecil), and Betty Rowe (Terry), all of Chestnut Mountain, GA; grandchildren, Cameron Glasper, Devin Glasper and Heather Hester;  2 great grandchildren; uncle, Jody Harper (Evelyn), Flowery Branch, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.
