Benjamin E. Brewster

Obituary Date: Friday, June 5, 2020

Benjamin E Brewster age 77 of Cleveland, Ga passed away June 5th, 2020.

Mr. Brewster was born November 6th, 1942 to the late Millard Brewster and Frances Yearwood. Benny was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was of the Christian Faith. He was retired from Hanes Company as a factory worker. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers; Harmon Brewster, John Brewster, Lush Brewster, George Brewster, Raymond Brewster and sister, Geneva Lomax.

He is survived by wife, Carol Brewster, sons and daughters-in-law; Marty and Betty Brewster of Cleveland, Ga, Jason and Lena Brewster of Cleveland, Ga, Jeffery Cantrell of Alamo, Ga, Randy Cantrell of Cleveland, Ga, and Barry and Holley Cantrell of Cleveland, Ga; daughter and son-in-law, Marty and Pete Stonecypher of Cleveland, Ga., sisters; Annie Chambers of Cleveland, Ga., Beulah Mae Massey of Alto, Ga., Icilene Paine of Orange Park, Fla., as well as 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a large number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 3pm Sunday June 7th at Barrett Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Eddie Mitchell and the Rev. Dave Fortner will officiate. Internment will follow at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery on Tesnatee Gap Road.

The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Saturday June 6th at Barrett Funeral Home.
