Mr. Michael Joseph Chorney, age 60, of Gainesville passed away Friday, June 19, 2020.

Mr. Chorney was born December 15, 1959 to the late Joseph T. & Evelyn Holmes Chorney in Lowell, Massachusetts.  He was a contractor and of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Chorney is survived by his wife, Kathy Chorney of Gainesville; daughter & fiancé, Jessica Chorney & Trevor Miliano of Maine; step-son, Scott Marlatt of Powder Springs; step-daughter & husband, Stacy & David Rodenhiser of Atlanta; grandchildren, Carson and Lauren; and sister & brother-in-law, Sue & Tom Hinds of Florida.
