Mary Ellen Overholt, age 88, of Cumming, Georgia (formerly of Toledo, Ohio) passed away Friday, June 26, 2020.

Graveside funeral service will be 12PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio.

Mrs. Overholt is preceded in death by her husband Gerald Franklin Overholt. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Randy and Debbie Overholt, of California; Steve and Janet Overholt, of Pennsylvania; daughter and son-in-law Lauri and Mark Brazier, of Georgia; sisters Amy Wolfe, of Ohio; Joan Gonder, of Ohio; grandchildren Eric Overholt (Jill); Ryan Overholt (Mahalia); Chris Overholt; Ashley Overholt; Kristen Overholt; Kalon Overholt; Alexis Brazier; Kelsey Brazier; great grandchildren Max, Quinn, Kayla, Lincoln.
