Heather Blackwelder, age 21, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2020.

The family will receive friends from 10AM to 12:30PM Tuesday, June 30, at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 2PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at First Redeemer Church in Cumming, Georgia.

Miss Blackwelder was a member of Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia and a fulltime student at Kennesaw State University studying Business Management. Heather is survived by her parents Chad and Becky Blackwelder, of Cumming, Georgia; sister Harley Blackwelder, of Cumming, Georgia; maternal grandparents Curtis and Susie Parker, of Kannapolis, North Carolina; paternal grandfather Ken Blackwelder, of Kannapolis, North Carolina; aunt and uncle Debbie and Joel Yates, of Salisbury, North Carolina; uncle Kendall Blackwelder, of Kannapolis, North Carolina.
