Mr. William Robert “Boomer” Dalton, III, age 29 of Palm Coast, Florida and formerly of Toccoa passed away June 20, 2020.
A son of William Dalton and the late Amanda Meyers Dalton, he was born November 30, 1990 in California having grown up in Georgia and living in Palm Coast, Florida at the time of his death. “Boomer” was a caring, loving man with an infectious smile. He was an avid mountain biker, writer and singer. He enjoyed being with his family and had big goals with his two sons. He enjoyed reading, gardening and building things out of recycled materials. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was currently enrolled in Daytona State College, on the Dean’s List with a 3.5 GPA. He advocated for everyone to live a healthy, happy life and was a wonderful friend. He cherished every day and was always looking forward to what life had to offer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Amanda Meyers Dalton.
Survivors include his wife of the home, Jenna Spranger Dalton; two sons, Silas Reid Dalton and Abel Leon Dalton; father, William Dalton; two brothers, Lawrence Dalton and Charles Dalton; nieces, Amanda, Nova, Michelle and Riley; nephew, Isaiah.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, July 11, 2020, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with family members officiating. Military Honors by the Georgia National Guard Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from noon until the service time. Due to the current conditions concerning the health and safety of the community, social distancing will be required. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
