Ricky Nelson Waters

Mr. Ricky Nelson Waters age 62 of Gainesville, Ga passed away on Thursday July 30, 2020 following a sudden illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday August 02, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday August 01, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ricky was born on April 15, 1958 in Gainesville, Ga to the late Johnny Randolph “Coot” Waters and Ruby Louella Baker Waters. He was retired from White County Sheriff’s office Department and was a member of Dewberry Baptist Church # 2. He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Anthony Waters. 9

Mr. Waters is survived by his son, Brandon Waters of Gainesville, son, Jared Waters of Gainesville, grand-daughters, Rylee White and Reece White, and sister and brother-in-law, Charlotte Stinson (Walter) of McKinney, Texas.
