Shirley Reece Parden

Mrs. Shirley Reece Parden, age 76, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate.

Mrs. Parden was born February 16, 1944 to the late Herschel & Viola Sexton in Gainesville.  She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and a Cashier at Walmart.

Mrs. Parden is survived by her husband, William Parden of Flowery Branch; son & daughter-in-law, James & Jennifer Reece of Tacoma, Washington; daughter & son-in-law, Sonia & Derek Maddox of Grayson; grandchildren, Jaylen Maddox and Bailey West; and several nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Leroy Sexton and sister, Edna Dunnigan.
