Annie Ruth Rucker

Annie Ruth Wilmont Rucker 81 of Gainesville passed away on Saturday August 22nd. Mrs. Annie Ruth Wilmont Rucker was born in Jackson County on September 5, 1938 to Mr. & Mrs. Oscar and Omie Wilmont. She transitioned on August 22,2020. She was married to the late Jack Rucker for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Roger, Lennon, Grover, Buck, Eugene, J.C., and her only sister Corlene Wilmont Smith. She leaves to cherish her memories her brothers Jacob and Sammy Wilmont and a special niece Ella Jean (Walter) Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.  The visitation for Mrs. Rucker will be Friday August 28th at Wimberly Funeral Home between the hours of 12-7pm. The Celebration of Life for Mrs. Rucker will be Saturday August 29th at 11am at Calvary Gardens Cemetery. Profession Funeral Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
